Programs this, workout that. Hold up! A stranger telling me what to do?? STOP!

That’s how I felt at first.

I would have saved so much time and effort if I simply had someone keeping me in check, making sure I am eating right, getting my steps, following my workout programs etc.

Maybe that’s all some people need. I’m here for it

Let’s start with you getting your steps and me calling you a few times a month. Maybe that is all you need at this point in your journey.

Working out should not finish after a 12 week program. We take things one month at a time. Workouts updated monthly to ensure you moving, hitting all muscle groups, and staying engaged.

Accountability Coaching

We connect 2-3 times per month during reasonable hours (9a - 9p EST Mon - Sun).

These are randomized. Rest assured.. I will call you 😂

Accountability means you are doing the job. My role is to support you and keep you in check to ensure the habits you want to implement are sticking.

Your goal for this time is to get 8000 steps a day. Minimum. The average American gets 4000-5000 steps a day. If you are reading this, you are not average. Let’s get moving’.

Customized Macro Breakdowns (Shift Analysis):
You will leave knowing exactly what Macro’s are once and for all along with calorie tracking. We will go over your needs specifically about what your body needs are and have time to answer questions.

Meal Plans:

Two options.

1)Customized with shopping list and everything, recipes, shopping list, portions, etc. Everything. (Quoted after call)

2) Go shopping, buy healthy foods, send me the shopping list. I will give you a sample meal plan on what to do with that food
